There are two types of drawing in Here:
-
Temporary Drawing → Hold down the "Shift" key on your keyboard and move your cursor around. Dotted lines will appear in whatever shape you draw. They disappear after a few seconds though, so don't draw anything too important with these.
- Pro Tip: Temporary drawing is best for quickly sketching out an idea, pointing at something on the canvas by drawing an arrow, or just doodling around.
- You can also change the color of temporary drawings by clicking on the circle on the right side of the bottom toolbar.
-
Permanent Drawing → Click on the pencil icon in the middle of the bottom toolbar.
-
A white board will appear. It should look like this...
The icons at the bottom left allow you to change the color of your pen, the color/opacity of the whiteboard, and toggle between drawing and erasing.
- Another pro tip: for a permanent drawing without the white background, slide the opacity all the way down to transparent.
