Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets can easily be embeded into your Here room. You'll be able to edit the document directly from your room (as will everyone else in the room if you give them access) and it'll stick around until you remove it.
1. Click the Upload Files & Images button on the toolbar.
2. Click Share Web App in the pop-up menu and paste the shareable link to your file.
3. Click Add - now everyone can read your essay on why Capybaras are the best!
