Click the cloud icon in the bottom toolbar and paste in a link to your Google Doc. You'll be able to edit the Doc directly from your room (as will everyone else in the room if you give them access) and it'll stick around until you remove it. You can do this with Google Sheets, Google Slides and any other Google Suite program.
