New Here accounts are created with Google. If you sign into an older account using a password, Here may ask you to link a Google account.
- Sign into your existing Here account.
- Follow the Link Google prompt.
- Choose the Google account you want to use for Here.
- Confirm the link.
Your account email changes to that Google email. Your rooms, friends, and Here password stay with the account.
After linking, use the same Google account to sign in. If a prompt says the Google account belongs to another Here account, follow the message rather than creating another account to work around it.
