How many people can be in a room?
A room holds 25 people at the same time. This includes the owner, admins, members, and guests who are there. A room being full means people are currently inside, rather than that its saved member list is full. Try again when someone leaves.
How many things can I add?
A room holds 120 items, such as notes, pictures, drawings, and other room objects. Camera tiles and screen shares do not count toward this limit. If Here says the room is full of items, remove something you no longer need, then try again. Existing content remains available.
How many people can share their screen?
Up to two people can share at once. Each share lasts up to 2 hours. Here warns you five minutes before it ends; start a new share if you need more time.
How large can uploads be?
Room file uploads and presentations can be up to 20 MB per file. Chat attachments can be about 10 MB. For a larger presentation or scanned PDF, compress its images or export a smaller PDF before uploading.
Do events have a different limit?
An event is full when 25 people, including the organizer, have answered Going. Maybe and unanswered invitations do not reserve a spot.
