What happens after they accept?
Your friend appears in your friends and messages, so you can open a direct chat. From inside a room, you can invite them to become a room member.

Try a public chat that matches your interests. Take a look at their profile and start a friendly conversation before sending an invitation.
Only share details you are comfortable showing to others. If a conversation makes you uncomfortable, use the person's menu to block or report them.
