The room is full
A room holds 25 people at once. Wait for someone to leave, then try again.
I have to knock
New visitors knock, and members knock too when the door is closed. Someone inside who is not a guest needs to answer. If no one is there, message your friend or try later.
My invitation does not work
Open the member invitation in your chat and choose Accept. A plain room link does not make you a member. If an invitation expired or was canceled, ask for a new one.
The room is unavailable
Check that you have the complete, correct link. The room may have been deleted, or you may no longer have access. Contact its owner if the message does not explain what to do.
If you were banned, the owner or an admin must remove the ban before you can return.
