Check your Google account
Use Continue with Google and choose the account linked to Here. If Google automatically picks another account, use its account chooser to switch.
Check your email
After linking Google, your Here account email becomes that Google email. If you use password sign-in, try the updated email.
Forgotten password
Use your linked Google account to sign in, then change your Here password in Profile Settings.
Sign-in keeps looping
Refresh and try again. Check that your browser allows the sign-in pop-up and the cookies needed to sign in. Temporarily pause an extension that is blocking the sign-in page.
Did you delete your account?
Within 30 days, sign in with the same Google account and choose Restore my account. A newly created account does not contain your old rooms or friends.
